Christmas night

Like many of you who are out of state we had a White Christmas here in Utah. Mike had to work on Christmas afternoon because of the snow he could not go in so fortunately he was able to work from home which meant we had to stay and Grandma and Grandpa's until 11:00 at night when his shift ended unfortunately we had to drive home in the worst of the snow storm we thought about sleeping over but decided to battle the weather. The pictures do not do it justice but let's put it this way in the morning we had a wheel barrow in the back yard that night we didn't anymore.

Even more Christmas

After Christmas at our house we made the voyage in the snow over to Grandma and Grandpa's house to get together with the family for even more present. Grandma crocheted all the girls a baby bassinet that folds into a purse with a collectors baby in it, they are very cute.

More Christmas

So we are dumb and finally figured out how to turn the weird setting off on the camera after the holidays. So the video is bad, sorry. We just put a short one, didn't want to put everyone to sleep.

Christmas Day

It would take a long time to go through all that our kids got for Christmas. They were definitely very spoiled. Needless to say Santa's Sleigh blew up at our house. Hannah was just happy that he left the toys and took off. She did NOT want him waiting around to see her no toy was worth that. Madison's response to everything was, "this is just what I wanted" even though she had never said she wanted it. So Santa did good, and he was tired after staying up until 2 a.m. getting everything ready.

Christmas Eve

We have a tradition of getting new P.j.s on Christmas Eve. So we went over to Grandma and Grandpa's and opened them up. afterward the girls went with Uncle Jon and Uncle Adam to drive around Christmas street and look at peoples lights.

Nativity

Christmas fun

So the Monday before Christmas we all got together as a family at Joe and Shellie's. We Made gingerbread houses. Mike had great ambitions for ours but did not have enough crackers or time or we would probably be living in it right now. After we were all done with that the kids got all dressed up and did the Nativity scene, it was really cute. Grandpa narrated while the rest of us sang (not so cute). We had a really good time and Maddie was excited to be Mary, cause she got to hold baby Chloe for it.
